Our HACCP Management process

After the first meeting, Datahex Systems can collect data to obtain a dynamic overall profile of your HACCP system’s current situation.

Once this information is gathered, we can make recommendations for a new target structure of your HACCP system.

We then develop an action plan to achieve the implementation of a HACCP management system. This is done according to an approach adapted to your organization’s needs.

We can visit your establishment every two weeks, monthly, yearly or according to your needs.

	Observation We carry out a visual observation in your facility to make sure the required controls are duly in place.
	Reinforcement We manage the training for groups of employees. This includes general training programs in food hygiene, technical training, cleanliness, employee hygiene and behavior, injuries and communicable diseases.
	Non-compliance We maintain an in-depth management of non-compliances as well as of corrective actions, preventative measures and an assessment of the efficacy of preventive measures.
	Modification We keep a record of file modifications in order to document changes to HACCP procedures and/or systems.
	Verification We verify your controls to ensure that they are carried out properly and comply with the FSEP.
	Re-assessment We update and re-assess the HACCP system to validate the HACCP system in place, make sure procedures are exact and reflect current operations, that the system is functional, effective and up-to-date.
