After the first meeting, Datahex Systems can collect data to obtain a dynamic overall profile of your HACCP system’s current situation.

Once this information is gathered, we can make recommendations for a new target structure of your HACCP system.

We then develop an action plan to achieve the implementation of a HACCP management system. This is done according to an approach adapted to your organization’s needs.

We can visit your establishment every two weeks, monthly, yearly or according to your needs.

We maintain an in-depth management of non-compliances as well as of corrective actions, preventative measures and an assessment of the efficacy of preventive measures.

We keep a record of file modifications in order to document changes to HACCP procedures and/or systems.
verification Verification
We verify your controls to ensure that they are carried out properly and comply with the FSEP.
re-assessment Re-assessment
We update and re-assess the HACCP system to validate the HACCP system in place, make sure procedures are exact and reflect current operations, that the system is functional, effective and up-to-date.
