Quality Control Software

To continually improve results and performance, quality control is an integral and necessary component for managing and improving an organization’s various processes.

The Quality Control module of Datahex’s portal allows the quality team to establish goals and processes needed to deliver results that match clients’ requirements, do whatever is necessary to ensure that clients’ needs are met, monitor and verify results, and determine actions to correct deviations and improve the performance of production activities.

The module allows the quality team to:

• plan the frequency of inspections;
• determine the characteristics of products that should be inspected;
• establish control types (tests, actuals, etc.);
• define inspection methods;
• manage all inspection means and tools to be used (devices, equipment, etc.);
• manage resources that carry out inspections (production staff, manufacturing, management, etc.).
